Context: In hospital settings, most of the time intravenous fluids and drugs administered to patients nurses are responsible for administration care therapy. However, may develop complications related therapy due inadequate competency knowledge regarding Aim: The present study was conduct enhancing by self-instructional module I. V fluid among student nurses. Methodology: An evaluative approach used study. Pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test research design in samples were recruited probability simple random sampling technique. size population included this 40 Students which selected according inclusive exclusive criteria. They given a self- instructional give their response assess Study conducted P.G College Nursing, Gwalior M.P. informed consent from obtained prior data collection process collect form post-test. Then going analysis interpretation with inferential statistics like chi-square, mean, median, standard deviation etc. Result: score it is reflected that exactly few students observed poor level about I.V Fluid therapy, 40% showed average knowledge, none identified excellent detected subjects left category. Major proportion 36.7% acquired knowledge. 58.3% good 5% Interpretation & Conclusion: (Mean± Standard Deviation) scoring pretest found be 12.37±3.24 points Fluid. there change noticed at stage higher after on rose 17.42±2.12 points. Comparison between baseline (Pre-test) post (Post-test) indicated difference improvement large acquirement gain 40.82% Overall, considers as an effective tool when need lacking, bridging modifying information Lastly these statistical finding concluded effectiveness confirm objectivity
